HONEY PROTEIN RECOVERY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup 1% milk
1 T wildflower honey
1 T Theo Creamed chocolate honey
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 T peanut butter
1 small banana, peeled and frozen
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
