CRUNCHY HONEY-YOGURT BREAKFAST PARFAIT

Ingredients
  1. 1 large - banana sliced, divided
  2. 1/3 cup – Theo Organics Raw Wildflower Honey divided
  3. 1/2 cup - plain yogurt divided
  4. 1/2 cup - crunchy granola divided
  5. 1 or 2 spoons of Theo Organics Blueberry Creamed Honey
Instructions
  1. Reserve several a few slices of banana for garnish.
  2. Layer 1 Tablespoon Theo Organics Raw Wildflower Honey, 1/4 of the pre-sliced banana, 2 Tablespoons yogurt, 2 Tablespoons granola,
  3. 1/4 of the sliced banana, 2 Tablespoons yogurt, 1 Tablespoon Theo Organics Raw Wildflower Honey and 2 Tablespoons granola in parfait glass.
  4. Repeat for second parfait.
  5. Garnish with reserved banana and Theo Organics Blueberry Creamed Honey.
  6. OPTIONAL
  7. Get creative with fruits for taste and health
  8. Add berries for anti oxidants
  9. Red currants, grapes, Granny smith apples for a tart pick-me-up and vitamin C
  10. Pineapple + Apple + freshly grated ginger for a post workout lift
  11. Sunny Mangoes for vitamin D and seasonal cheer
