Grilled Peaches with Honey Cinnamon Sauce

- 1. 6 peaches
- 2. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3. 1/2 cup honey
- 1. Wash and slice peaches in half.
- 2. Remove pits, and brush both sides of the peach with oil.
- 3. Grill over indirect heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until both sides are caramelized from the grill grates.
- 4. Heat the honey in a small microwave safe bowl for 30 to 45 seconds.
- 5. Whisk in the cinnamon and serve over the warm peaches.
